CANCELLATION & RETURN/REFUND POLICY
For any reason, if you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, you can just cancel & get a full refund within 7 working days from the date your cancellation request has been processed, by contacting our customer care team.
7 Days Product Return Policy
Being a customer-first brand, Biotrex Nutraceuticals stands behind the quality of its products. For any genuine reason, if you aren't satisfied with any of our products, don't worry! We are always there a call away! Send the product back to us within 7 days and claim a refund as per the terms & conditions of our Return Policy.
Terms & Conditions for return/refund: -
• At first, you need to contact our customer care representative for the return request on the details mentioned below. You have the option to return either part or full order return.
• Then, you need to send the product back to us.
• Once the product reaches us, it will undergo inspection by our concerned department.
• The refund will only be processed after the product reaches back to us.
• Zero shipping costs apply in case of product returns.
• The policy is applicable within 0-30 days of the receipt of the product.
• In case you opt for a refund, we will refund in the same bank account for a payment made by card.
• For COD orders or any other mode, we will initiate NEFT in the registered name of the customer and bank details provided.

Once your return request has been placed with our Customer Care Service, it takes about 21 business days.

In case of a refund, in how many days will my money be refunded?
We will be processing refunds only after the product reaches back to us. The money will be refunded according to the guidelines stated above in 21 business days from the date refund is approved.
Product Replacement Policy: -
For product replacement, you can inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. You can write us at email@example.com and share the relevant pictures/video on this E-mail Id.
Terms & Conditions: -
• Product should be returned in original packaging along with original box, price tags, and invoice.
• The seal of the product/bottle should remain intact.
• Kindly note your replaced product will be dispatched only after the product reaches back to us.
• As soon as we receive your items back, we inspect them to ensure everything is present and is in original condition; then only we issue the exchange as per your request.
• Please note that replacements are subject to the availability of particular products.
Is there any processing fee for replacements or returns?
In case of errors in the product such as incorrect product/variant/flavor and 7-days return policy, shipped to the customer, there will be no processing fee applicable on requests for returns or replacement.
Returns/refunds for orders delivered outside India shall not be accepted.
