when customer make the purchase from our website after the order placement customer will get the order estimated delivery date through mail and WhatsApp and also customer can check their order delivery status from chat option on our website, if the customer has not received the order in the given date then customer care team will reach out to the delivery team and make sure customer get the delivery on the given delivery date.
